"I been staying at different Hilton locations and this resort is nice and kid friendly. However it was pretty dusty in the room, to the point me and my family kept sneezing. Pools are very well maintained. Also the pool staff weren’t all that nice and friendly. That was a big bummer since my kids ..."

Hyatt Place North Scottsdale
"Window shade would not go down all the way. Stayed up 1 ft. Had light from parking lot flooding room and made sleep difficult. Breakfast was cold at 8:30 am. Cold eggs and sausage. Came here from Mayo surgery. Not a good choice."

"We really felt welcomed! The staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds were well maintained and the room was very clean. The lazy river was a ton of fun. A definite 5 star Hotel. We are planning to go back again soon."
