“Tim at the front desk was excellent and gave great recommendations of things to do and see in the area as well as being friendly, professional and helpful. The cleaning staff had a habit of congregating outside my room each day and talking for several minutes, which woke me up both days, but other than that my stay was very pleasant. This is my 2nd Spark by Hilton stay and I highly recommend both!”

I had an unexpected issue at the airport, which prevented me from flying into Pennsylvania until several days later. I reached out to Expedia, and they communicated this with the hotel on my behalf.
