“This is an exceptional place to stay. The reason it’s a 4 star not a 5 is because there were A LOT of kids for lacrosse and they screamed in the pool and took over the entire pool and lobby. They ran down the hallways and I feel the staff - who was really phenomenal- should have told the parents (who had no manners) to behave with consideration for all the guests who were staying. The staff did not and the guests including us could not use the pool or sleep until 10:00pm when the pool was...

“The whole family was very impressed with our stay at the hotel. We travel a lot because of vacations and out-of-state / out-of-the-country AAU and other American-Asian Team basketball tournaments, and so far, this is one of the best hotels we've stayed in. It is actually my daughter's favorite for this season. The entire staff is friendly and helpful while making sure we feel at home during our stay.”

“Clean good parking quiet”

“Room was clean! Only one elevator for entire building! The other was out of service. Lounge/bar area was clean! The pool was open but, we did not get in because the water was cloudy! The reason we booked was for the pool. So that was a disappointment! This is the second Hilton we stayed at in the area and I feel like these buildings are out dated and need some renovation! Staff that we encountered were nice and rooms although out dated were clean!”
