Déjà, la piscine de l’hôtel ne correspond pas du tout aux photos sur le site quand j’ai réservé. Beaucoup plus petite. Pas beaucoup de transats. La piscine était fermée 3 jours pendant notre séjour . Le roof top réservé tout notre séjour ( 25 jours !). La réception a voulu nous faire payer 30 euros des serviettes sales !? Cette arnaque a été faite à tous les français ! Les chambres sont correctes pour le prix. Assez bien situé

너무도 외딴곳에 있다는 것말고는 모두가 만족할 만한 호텔입니다. 직원들도 친절하구요. 호텔 수영장이나 다른 모든 부대시설들도 만족할만한 수준입니다. 다만 너무도 시내와 멀어서 이동이 불편하구요. 주변에 다른 시설들이 없어서 호텔에만 있어야 하는것이 힘든 일이었네요.

good for stay away from the crowd

It's a nice place if you want to stay away from the crowd of patong but not so far from there if you want to get back to the crowd. They have a free shuttle service to junceylon mall patong and return to hotel. They have 2 swimming pools, one for hostel and one for resort on 2nd floor. I booked a superior room and i got just near the pool bar and swimming pool, but i recommend you to ask for the upper room because you'll get a balcony with a very nice scenery. The room is fairly clean but the bathroom aren't so clean. It is still have a 90's TV, so although it's a cable TV, the image quality is still not good enough. We also get a complete bathroom amenities, but both soap and shampoo are the same and referred as 'body lotion'. When i ask for shampoo, they give me 'body lotion', and so does when i ask for soap haha... Unfortunately i haven't try a dinner on their restaurant and bar on the rooftop yet. They said it's nice to have a dinner there. The resort and hostel building are different but still on same management, so if you book on hostel you still allowed to swim on their resort swimming pool. Overall, i recommend this place for you. It's nice, quite, and simple with a fair-moderate price.

新年出發去旅行, 機票及酒店十分之費. 基於budget 有限, 我地決定選擇Casa Del M hotel 廉價酒店. 因為地方十分近巴東海灘, 行路大約30分鐘左右到達海灘。酒店設有車去巴東海灘附近，只有由酒店出發那程, 回程車沒有。酒店位於山上, 要經過村屋小路才能到達酒店。房間有兩個景觀, 一邊內園景望泳池，另一邊望巴東海灘。我們十分之好彩, 被安排入住望巴東海灘的房間, 每晚可以出露台望著海灘休息。房間尚算整潔，不提供牙刷，一般沐浴用品都有提供。酒店內亦設有按摩商店，入住客人可穫折扣按摩可以一試。酒店整體滿意，只有一少少美中不足;我們到餐廳取坐位食早餐的時候，服務員態度不有善。之後發現自助餐食物中, 只用中文字寫明 "不要一次取得太多，被免浪費食品", 並沒有用英文或泰文提點。可能太多同袍到入住此酒店，令餐廳的服務員留下不好印像。

Lungt läge och gångavstånd till centrum.

Frukosten - fylldes in på tillräckligt snabbt, man fick vänta. Personalen var trevlig, men språkkunskaperna varierade. Polen på den andra våningen kunde ha varit trevligare med tex med växter. Hotellområdet var lungt. Servicen i övrigt var bra, fritt vatten på rummen, nya badlakan att ta till poolen, taxiservice, fri körning till stranden varannan timme. Känslan på hotellet var inte en 4 istället 3+.

Great Potential that falls short!!!

The hotel exterior and amenities are quite good, but the room was disappointing, especially the bathroom. There was a lot of small maintenance issues, including the bathroom door hinges were loose, so the door would not close unless you lifted it, there was extensive mildew in the bathroom, it just did not feel clean. We were arriving at 2:00 AM, so we called ahead to ask about transfer service from the airport since we were aware that Taxis could be expensive at this hour in the morning. The refused to offer the transfer service, telling us to use a taxi instead. When we arrived, they were confused that we were arriving at the early hour and did not have the room we booked since we were so late, even though we had called a week ahead to tell them our arrival time and ask about transfer service!!!! We also asked about Late Checkout, since we arrived so late and wanted to sleep, the night person said it was not possible since they were booked, BUT they next day after we checked out they told us they were not fully booked and we could have stayed later!!! Bottom line, they hotel is very nice during the day and it looks like they are working on refinishing rooms, but night and telephone staff obviously had NO INTEREST IN HELPING US!!!!!

Huonevaraus kannattaa tähän hotelliin tehdä ehdottomasti sen uudemmalle puolelle. Uuden puolen huoneet siistit ja tilavat eikä ympäristön äänet häirinneet unia. Vanhan puolen huoneet ovat pieniä ja kuluneita. Henkilökunta hotellissa puhui huonosti englantia ja asioiden selvittäminen oli välillä työlästä. Aamiainen oli mielestäni huono. Tarjottavaa oli niukasti ja munajono pitkä ja hidas. Ravintola hotellin ylimmässä kerroksessa viihtyisä josta avautui upea näköala kaupungille ja merille. Hotellin sijainti hieman syrjässä ja lavataksista sai maksaa 300 bath /suunta. Hotellin puolesta parin tunnin välein kuljetus rannalle tai ostoskeskukseen.

Hotellin vanhanpuolen huoneet olivat pienet ja kuluneet. Uuden puolen huoneet oilivat ihan toista luokkaa. Aivain kuin olisi asunut ihan eri hotellissa. Hotellin aamiainen oli todella surkea!!! Henkilökunnan palvelualttius ei aina ollut ajan tasalla. Hotelli hieman syrjässä, muuten sijainti hyvä.

A nice hotel

Well our hotel was good and the receptionist Pat was way to good to upgrade our room to honeymoon suit. The was very courteous and the person at tour desk went an extra step to guid us to what all places to visit in Phuket area. I am pleased with hotel and if I come again to Phuket I would certainly like to stay in this hotel. The only problem is that distance to sea is almost 1.5 miles and to main Patong area is 2.5 miles.

love the hotel but hate the location

the hotel was nice and staff are very accommodating. the room was big and tidy. if it was not the location, i would recommend this place to everybody. they have a shuttle to bring you to the beach for free but for a certain time only. it's just the price riding back and forth to the hotel especially at nighttime is like paying an extra dollar to a hotel nearby the beach.

Bit far from everything

The hotel is lovely, the only downside is that the hotel is far from the beach and other important places. You have to rent a bike if you want to stay here. Otherwise everything else is perfect.

Pool access room is fantastic

The shortcoming is that the hotel is a bit far away from the Patong downtown area. You need a taxi or tuk tuk to get down there which cost 200 baht each way. The pool access room is great. Your balcony is directly linked to the pool which is fantastic.

酒店在半山腰，走上去很累。去巴东和SHOPPING MAIL有酒店车接送。有免费WIFI.房间有阳台，正对游泳池。离闹区有点远。

Jätte besviken...

Jag är otroligt besviken på detta hotell. Det är jättefint och rummet var stort och modernt! Men vi fick för det första fel rum, 1 timme sent dessutom. Servicen var fruktansvärt. För detta fick vi bara en "complimentary dinner" då vi fick välja mellan 2 olika thairätter. Vi begärde efter några dagar mellanskillnaden för rummen tillbaka då det rum vi bokade kostade mer än det vi fick. Personalen ville inte ge oss pengar utan tyckte att middagen skulle räcka för detta. Efter mycket om och men fick vi tillbaka lite pengar. Eftersom hotellet är så pass fint och lyxigt förväntade vi oss god och fräsch mat, men icke.. Färdigköpta hamburgare och felbeställningar. Inte nog med det så fungerade inte wifi och förklaringen från receptionen var att "det kan vara så ibland". Att göra sig förstådd framför personlsen var också lite svårt då deras engelska inte var så bra. Sammanfattningsvis är hotellet mycket fint men lite långt ifrån centrum, ett plus var att de har shuttle (gratis). Men vi är mycket besvikna och kommer nog inte besöka Casa del M någon mer gång.

Budget Hotel..Not recommended for Honeymooners

We reached the hotel after a tiring journey by 12.30pm (local time) & inspite of pre-booking the room, the room was not ready. We were made to wait till 2 hrs before they handed us the room key. We were given a room at the lower ground floor in some corner of the hotel.We had booked the superior room & the room featured a double bed, a minibar and a small balcony which overseas the pool side area.The bathroom & bathing area was somewhat not convincing and old fashioned floors. The toiletries provided were also bellow average. Our bathroom had no handwash, nor soaps or baththing accessories. It was when we asked the room service, we were provided the details. Same goes for the bathrobes. The bathroom door was made out of plastic and the knob was left out hanging inspite of it being a honeymoon suite. We informed the staff a couple of times about the door knob but they failed to comply.The hotel also features a tour information service desk which can be used to book your local tours.The staff rarely understands english. Be ready to really break it down to the last word to them. The location of hotel is a bit far from main market area and the beach. Taxis loosens your pocket for 200 bath one way. On the way back usually taxis ask a 100 baht more to climb up the hill where the hotel is located. Food is really average. Only one option if you are a vegetarian. Also do not hire a bike unless you know to ride on hilly area's. I witnessed 2-3 accidents.

Hotel.com sold wrong room

The hotel staffs were very kind, however, the description of the hotel didn't meet the room type. We had to ask for an upgrade and we got it, however, the staffs had lots of trouble because the hotel was almost fully booked.

Great stay, nice hotel, excellent restaurant

Very nice rooms, excellent views, although the location is a bit from the beach (10-15 minute interesting walk), which really isn't that big of a deal as there is a shuttle on offer. The balcony restaurant provided ror an excellent meal with superb service. Casa del M is definitely worth a stay.

Old furniture. Rooms are poorly equipped. Very few choices in breakfast. But nice view and nice swimming pool. Transportation available all time. Staff are helpful
