LIES AND AI. This property is DANGEROUS. The locals know to avoid this road and this hotel is named the same as a different hotel which makes it hard ro know which you are looking at. The breakfast for 2 is coffee and toast not at ALL like theu say in pictures. There is no beach until the tip of low tide, major road, so much noise. Room: unsafe and filthy. No way to lock the door. The tile floors have no protection from falls and when it rains it becomes hazardous. Pvc pipe to trip over. The bed sheet had a crusty smelly stain. The couch and chair stained,the electric socket burnt, mystery liquid on walls. Bed is just wood with foam. Weird smells. This property should be removed from expedia for its lies and scams.

The room wasn't cleaned properly when I checked in, or during the stay. The bathroom window was rusted open and wouldn't close, so mosquitos got in, the toilet seat was broken, the toilet roll holder was missing. The aircon worked, but the cover came off in my hand when I tried to adjust it and it made a crackling noise. There are no mosquito nets (as advertised) The pool area had 7 loungers, 6 of which has broken seats so you couldn't really use them. Plus, someone had a dog in a 1st floor room which barked a lot and peed on their balcony, which then ran down into the pool area and made the whole area smell of hot dog urine. Our power went out one night and we were moved to a room on the roof which had a huge dead cockroach and mouse / rat droppings, somebody's clothes and medications in the cupboard, and a broken bathroom door. We had to beg daily for housekeeping and replacement toilet rolls, but the room was only cleaned twice during our 10 day stay, despite daily housekeeping being advertised. The spa is permanently closed. Situated on a very busy road with a very small beach on the other side. Staff were friendly, but overall the hotel itself was in a sorry state and in desperate need of some TLC.

Non ci tornerei

Hotel molto vecchio, le camere sono dotate di aria condizionata ma nella maggior parte di esse il funzionamento è limitato alla ventilazione. Il personale sembra cortese, ma è di pochissimo aiuto in quanto non parla ne capisce l'inglese. Nonostante nell'indirizzo sia nominata patong non fidatevi, patong è a 15 minuti di taxi (o motorino, che per fortuna si puo' affittare in hotel). L'hotel è senza ascensore, e le scale sono ripide, strette e buie! Cambiano le lenzuola tutti i giorni e questo è un bene, purtroppo pero' queste sono lise e con parecchi buchi. La spiaggia in fronte all'albergo è si molto larga, ma impraticabile per via delle alghe, i sassi e i granchi.

Propaganda enganosa, não caiam… viajei mais de 30 horas achando que iria ficar num quarto “luxo” como foi descrito e fotos anunciavam isso, cheguei na maior sujeira, tudo velho e quebrado nem de perto o quarto das fotos… mofo, coisas machadas e já disse quebrada? Tomadas não funcionavam, e para piorar o colchão era aquelas espumas velhas toda “comida” faltando partes e nem tinha forro para tentar esconder aquela atrocidade, tinha outro concha embaixo e pedaços de madeira para segurar a cama, enfim fiquei 30 minutos na hospedagem para achar outro local agradável, perdi meu dinheiro e não tiveram a pachorra de devolver pela propaganda enganosa, deveriam ter vergonha de anunciar essa coisa…. Aliás a localização fica longe de bons lugares então é isso

This was my 6th stay at this hotel. So far we could watch NHK channel from TV in the rooms, however it became unavailable for some reasons (probably for saving the cost, I guess). In addition, TV quality as hardware is very poor. WiFi is so weak inside of the hotel. These three points should be improved in order for us to continue to use this hotel. as I am a repeater to use this hotel.

This hotel was a fun stay - the “penthouse suite” isn’t actually the full top floor - there are 3 rooms that all share the same balcony. This hotel was definitely built in the 70’s or 80’s and hasn’t had much renovation since. However, the bed was super comfy, view was beautiful, and we can’t complain overall.

Horrible place!

Restroom dirty. Room dirty. Very small room and building. Staff was rude. Breakfast starts at 9am. No accommodations for early breakfast if you have a 7am tour even though you pay for breakfast! Just over all bad experience. Do not recommend to anyone.

Away from crowd

Had problem with air conditioner. Slept through the night listening to ocean breeze. Mention the problem to owner next day. He Immediately upgraded my room. So I didn't have to wait for it to get fixed. I also realized that this hotel has some rooms that are much better than others. ( view balcony etc). If you are spoiled with 5 star expensive hotels don't bother coming here. A little maintenance and face lift this can be a great hotel.

Ayant eu une chambre qu'on a pas voulu me changer qui était situé juste au dessus de la salle principale avec la musique qui tourne dans le hall et qui est répercuté dans la chambre de 8h à 24h !!!! ajouté à ça sur les trois derniers jours de mon séjour une odeur d'excrément dans l'hôtel, j'ai donc été déçu....

The Hotel is very small and old

We were shocked once we reached the Hotel. Reception,rooms,pool & restaurant are very small. Also we had a problem with bad odour all over the place due to poor ventilation.Another problem was illumination , you can hardly see what you can write in the reception & even in bedrooms.Also i dont recommend this hotel for handicapped or old aged people since they can easily fall from the stairs since light isnt always on and there is no elevator. Regarding transportation , it was mentioned on the hotel website that its available but when we requested shuttle from airport by email the hotel replied that they dont have this facility and when we were leaving we asked them they said they have it but will charge us 3 times more than any agency.Be aware of insects inside the bedrooms , also there is no hot water from the tap. Last my agency tried to call the hotel one time , the receptionist didnt inform me unless i asked and he said you didnt reply. There are variety of hotels which have much better services which made us regret. .

Hotellet ligger lite off om man vill ha nära till Patong. Slitet och inte alltför rent. Bäddning o städning gjordes varje dag. Bara en del av personalen klarade hyfsad engelska. Till ett överkomligt pris så var hotellet OK men inte mer.

Lugn oas mitt i det fartfyllda Patong.

Hotellet var perfekt beläget, i den norra delen av Patong Beach, kallat Kalim Bay. Det tog ungefär 20-30 min att promenera ner till Bangla road och shoppingstråket nere vid själva Patong. Det fann vi perfekt med liv och rörelse på lagom avstånd. Personalen var trevlig och väldigt tillmötesgående. Alla rum verkade ha balkong alternativt uteplats. Över lag ett bra hotell. Minus blir dock de alldeles för mjuka sängarna med tillhörande på tok för höga kuddar. Poolen hade endast sol ett par timmar mitt på dagen och var 1.90 djup på alla ställen. Frukosten bestod inte av en buffé utan fanns att välja får en ganska fantasilös meny.

Very bad choice

Far from everything, no beach, close to sewer. Furniture was destroyed and very old, bathroom rusty and moldy. After all we came through, this was like bad dream.
