“The food especially the fish was not so good. I guess a $50 tip for the guy that showed us around the property was not enough because he wouldn't even look at us after that. Other than that the place is great we loved it except the water slide was closed and so was the bar I guess low season.”

“When we arrived my wife and I we were welcomed by Jerry and Geraldine from the firs moment they makes us feel VIP . All of their staff share the same goal to make us feel important, and we were. We estayed for four nights, and our experience was 100% ++ satisfied. Hotel rooms, garden, food, location, and the river in the back was great 👍

“Quest'hotel è molto bello, nel cuore del parco dell'Arenal (l'unico). Le camera spaziose e compde, vista sul verde. Passeggiata di 2 ore inclusa, colazione inclusa e piscina anche. Il riatorante ha la vista sul volcan e si mangia bene.

“He ido muchos lugares, pero no veo el día cuando puedas regresar a este lugar están hermosos y están acogedor. La verdad estás bien adentro para llegar no fue fácil pero valió cada esfuerzo. Es una lástima que no recuerdo el nombre de la persona que nos atendió porque fue increíblemente especial”
