“The room was large and very comfortable for our group of four (two adults and two teenagers). We especially enjoyed the private thermal pool, which was an awesome addition.
However, we did notice that some of the fixtures in the room are a bit dated, particularly the toilet. Updating these elements would significantly improve the overall experience.
Thermal pools were nice and spacious”

“Great "bang for your buck"! We were so happy with our big room, nice and clean. We spent one night but had two full days in the hot springs. The breakfast was delicious and the views to the volcano were stunning. We were very pleasantly surprised and would definitely stay again!”
