“It was just a great experience, photos exactly as it was.”

“Está muy cerca del parque nacional, vimos tucanes al amarecer y tiene un lindo mirador en el árbol. ”

“Cabanas Los Laguitos is a little heaven in earth, it is where you can connect to nature and to experience the real rainforest in Costa Rica. Host are great, welcome, friendly, warm, real people with no agenda other than to ensure you are feeling like home!! You are 5 mins driving distance to volcán Tenorio, Rio Celeste waterfalls and river. The horse ridding tour is a real adventure!! I already booked a second trip!!”

“Best Stay of Our Costa Rica Trip — Malekus Mountain Lodge This was, hands down, the best place we stayed during our 10 days in Costa Rica. Not only is the property itself beautiful, but we had the pleasure of being the only guests, so Roger and Rosy treated us like family. They helped us shape our itinerary to have a more authentic, local experience, and honestly ended up defining our whole trip. The rooms were comfortable — we had the one with a double bed plus a separate room with a bunk bed,...

“We loved our stay at this property, we were shown around by Angie who seemed to be the animal whisperer. Wherever we went we saw all sorts of animals, monkeys, sloths, toucans, humming birds and so many more. It’s a beautiful paradise and we loved every minute we had here. We were sad to have to move on when we did. Thankyou so much for looking after us so well.”

“Werner and Carlos are beautiful hosts and we really enjoyed the property and the delicious breakfast! We really appreciated that they immediately took the time to make a reservation to the Hanging Bridges and recommend a great restaurant. Thank you both!”

“Excellent stayall around! The family who maintains the place was very friendly and a joy to talk to. It was a perfect way to spend our first evening in Costa Rica! Breakfast was delicious!”

“The property was quiet, away from town a few minutes. The hosts were so friendly and wonderful to us. The bungalows were in very good shape and very clean. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone!”

“Location & Property The hotel is conveniently located if you are visiting Tenorio Volcano and Río Celeste, although it is not right next to the main road. You have to drive about 10 minutes from the main road to reach the property. There are no shops or restaurants nearby, so if you don't plan to have dinner at the hotel, you'll need to drive back to the main road to find somewhere to eat. The property consists of several houses surrounded by gardens and jungle, creating a very peaceful and...

“The gardens are incredible and the many humming birds were a joy. I have been in many art galleries with local art. This is one of the better galleries created from many talented artists.”

“Our stay was amazing! Staff was very helpful, the check in was easy and communication throughout our stay was very easy as well. We also had the place to ourselves the whole time! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a calm and relaxing place to stay :)”

“This is a lovely place the breakfast was great all fresh ingredients and made locally. The rooms have everything you need, no TV, enjoy the nature.”

“Had a lovely weekend stay here. The view over Lake Arenal is unbelievable! Ana was a delight every morning and made wonderful breakfasts. Her sweet cats roaming around on the property was a huge plus for me. Great place to stay if you’re looking for somewhere quiet and undisturbed but still only 20 minutes from restaurants/conveniences. There are toucans in the trees next to the bungalow every morning.”

“menu incluso limitato ad una unica combinazione, vedi foto. Yogurt…a pagamento 10$. Menu ristorante con prezzi per un piatto da 40-50$ in su. Struttura poco mantenuta. Personale poco collaborativo e tante carenze per una struttura tra le più care della zona. Mancanza asciugami per la piscina, capsule caffè in camera, sapone in bagno, ecc…peccato perchè potrebbe essere una struttura wow”

“Posto comodo per l'ingresso al parco, per mangiare la sera non è molto comodo però perché bisogna fare circa 10 minuti di auto per arrivare alla città più vicino”

“This was a great place to truly experience the beauty of this part of Costa Rica. It is a long drive and one must be careful to take the right roads but we had a great experience and wish we could have stayed longer.”
