“This hotel is a one of a kind. It is absolutely a marvel how such a hotel exists in the middle of the jungle/rainforest. It is simply gorgeous, and the staff is top notch! The property is amazing with hot springs everywhere - which are stunning and well maintained. The views of the volcano are stunning. So much to do here - You can even whitewater Kayak on site! There too many things to name to do a review any real Justice. What an amazing place!”

“It was beautiful! Traveled with family. The kids loved the pool, hot spring and waterslides. The grounds are gorgeous! Don't miss the mirrador at the top of the property. It's a gorgeous view of the volcano and lake. Food was excellent. Breakfast was plentiful. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was close to everything we needed as well as lots of restaurants. Highly recommend! ”

“The property is close to downtown La Fortuna. It's right off the main road, which I loved. There's a security guard at the gate at all times. This made us feel safe. The rooms were spacious and fully stocked with bathroom toiletries, minie fridge and coffee maker. No microwave however. The breakfast was buffet style with many fruit options and pastries.
