“This was our first stop in our 10 day trip and we loved almost everything about this hotel. The service was outstanding, the aesthetic of the property was impeccable, and our room was divine. The only thing I would criticize would be the prices of the food available. We ordered ribs for lunch which cost $33 and they gave us 2 ribs which were smaller than my 9 year old son's fist. We ended up eating in town most of the nights there. Their complementary breakfast was delicious though.”

“Had a lovely stay. All of the staff are wonderful and so accommodating. They go out of their way to make for a special stay. Grounds are immaculate. Loved seeing all the wildlife.”

“We loved this hotel. From the first day the property manager stopped us while we were walking the grounds and tried to find a sloth for us. Told us where it normally was and when to see it and we returned the next morning per his guidance am sure enough saw it. He also saw us out on my birthday and wished me a happy birthday which I found very hospitality. Rooms were great, we had villa with tub. Saw lots of wildlife off our deck. Property is gorgeous and the view of the volcano is amazing! Food...
