“this was the absolute best place to stay in memphis! it’s exactly as shown in the photos, but somehow better? the room’s flourishes were so thoughtful. we were greeted by squirrels in the morning. the hosts were communicative & the whole process was smooth! we will definitely stay here again! oh & the shower.. the water pressure is perfect & the shower gel/hair products smell divine!”

“This was my second time that front desk guy makes me to do reservation on line instead to do walking reservation, telling me than that not is possible at that moment, and There is a lot opportunity to improve breakfast.”

“It's literally right off the freeway, so if your not used to loud noises/cars at night I suggest book elsewhere. If you have never stayed in a motel or any place where you open the front door of a bedroom the first thing you see is black parking lot concrete instead of a hallway with other doors of other rooms... I suggest book elsewhere. If you don't have preference for smoking vs non-smoking room, you will automatically get put in a smoking room... I didn't have a preference :( not to...

“Nice room”

“The property is not clean. The room was clean however the lobby has old worn furniture, the carpet is extremely dirty throughout the property, there was no hot water in the bathroom, the room smelled of stale cigarettes. For the most part the staff was friendly. There’s is always one who is difficult and there was one but overall the staff was friendly. ”
