What We Love



The Estate:

2.5 acres of established gardens — Japanese maples, flat child-friendly lawns, a play structure, and multiple terraces and outdoor sitting areas built for group gatherings. The kind of grounds you wander through with a morning coffee and never want to leave.

A saltwater lap pool open year-round, 24 hours a day — surrounded by gardens and terraces that make it the natural heart of every summer stay. Long lazy afternoons, early morning laps, and golden hour drinks poolside — the pool at Casa Queenie sets the rhythm of the whole holiday.

A wood fireplace, gas fireplace, ducted air conditioning, warm-tech underfloor heating, and a garden fire pit ensure the estate is warm, cosy, and utterly inviting no matter the month. The Kitchen & Dining:

A deluxe Miele kitchen with a full butler's pantry — genuinely equipped for cooking for 12. The formal dining room seats 16 at a magnificent table, while alfresco dining on the terrace brings the outdoors in for long summer lunches. Guest Access:

You'll have exclusive use of the entire property — main residence, guest house, pool and grounds. Self check-in via smart lock means you can arrive on your own schedule.

It has a quiet, country‑like feel with lots of greenery, open spaces, and a close‑knit community, making it ideal for those who enjoy a tranquil lifestyle while still being close to coastal amenities and beaches.



The area features larger blocks of land and a scenic landscape that blends gentle hills and natural vegetation, providing a countryside atmosphere that feels a world away from busier urban centres. Its proximity to outdoor attractions like bushland reserves, walking trails and nearby coastlines gives residents easy access to both rural and beachside experiences.



Despite its peaceful setting, Picketts Valley is not far from essential services, shopping and dining options in neighbouring suburbs like Terrigal and Erina. This balance of calm, scenic living with convenient access to local hubs makes it attractive for families and those seeking a quieter pace close to the coast.



Other Things to Note:

Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company and will ask you to provide a digital copy of your ID prior to arrival. These details are required via a secure, online Guest Check in Form and the details are stored safely.



We also require a refundable security bond of $2,000, which will be held for the duration of your stay to cover any potential damages. This will be released within 7 days after your departure, provided there are no issues.

You will be asked to provide your card details via the same secure online check-in form. These details are encrypted and securely processed through the Stripe payment gateway.
