“Greeted by Bill and given the tour of our room and the lounge area we could access exclusively. Guided to a range of dining options in Picton, which was appreciated.
The room was spacious, with a view over their abundant garden. Separate kitchenette area off the bedroom. Goodies included delicious grapes, plunger coffee and a good selection of teas. Lots of interesting little items throughout the room. Super comfortable bed, good quality linen. Large bathroom space. We were very tired after a...

“Breakfast was fine. We only stayed for the night after getting off the late ferry. To have breakfast provided for the price was a bonus and very welcome. Thank you. Will com again.”

Garden and quirky endearing Villa.
Showers ok.
Bed was ok.
Free basic breakfast but as no milk was provided only bread jam or toast were possible.
Dislike:
Thought we booked en suite but only a double was allocated.
The advertised free shuttle to ferry was not available and hasn’t been for years.
Spa out of order.
Kitchen was filthy - sticky floors and not enough tea towels so the three or so were soaking wet. Hardly hygienic.
Very little space in fridge and no freezer.
