The house has a water filtration system, so all water into the house is clean filtered water :-)

There is a computer in the library for guests use, login to "Guest Access", no password is required. This is free of charge.
The internet usage at this property is to be used for legal purposes only.
Should any illegal downloads occur at this property, the guest in the house at that time will be held fully liable for their actions and any resultant fines which may be incurred.

* In Picton you must go to SISU, it is a wine bar/restaurant with one of the largest selections of wines we've ever seen and all available by the glass. The food is sharing plates and is amazing. Added bonus is you have a view of the beautiful Marlborough Sounds and the Picton Harbour.
* For a casual bite, Breakfast & Lunch then we recommend Seabreeze Cafe, this is located nest to SISU with the waterfront views

Please Note:
You are welcome to use the Jetty, this is a Private Jetty only for the use of residents of Whaitere Place.
If anyone should ask you why you are using the Private Jetty, just let them know that you are staying at #2 Whaitere Place.
