“I have stayed there before and requested the same room, but when we checked in, we got a totally different room which was dirty. Other’s people hair in on the floor and in the bathroom! The 1st night was horrible, we got struck on the 2nd floor and we could not slope the entire night! The people upstairs running around and the TRAIN! When it came through..I thought it was an earthquake! ”

“Our room was very clean and very comfortable. Having said that, the blackout curtain for our window was basically shredded and let in so much light it was like sleeping during the day. We had a horrible 3-light lot light that pointed directly at our window. When I mentioned the problem to the desk the next morning, he said he knew about and they were going to replace it. Of course, that didn't help our rest.”
