“We booked a room for our anniversary. We are Raleigh natives and have always wanted to stay here but I think our expectations were too high. We couldn’t book a couples massage b/c we were told they get booked 2 months out. We had ants on our balcony. I was told check in was at 3:00 but we didn’t get to check in till 3:45. “This was very convenient! We are a family of 4 with a 6 and 2 year old and needed a decent place to spend the night to split our long road trip. Very clean and comfortable. Only disappointment for me was that I went to have breakfast at the restaurant and it was only a buffet option when there was a listed à la carte menu. Staff was very friendly.”
