“When I called the service desk to report that the TV wasn't working properly, they told me they would send someone to check it, but they never sent anyone. Later that night, I called to ask if I could have a couple of pieces of cutlery brought up; again, they didn't send anyone—despite having said on both occasions that someone would come up, which never happened.”

“Beautiful old mansion lovingly restored with so much charm! This was a fantastic location for our needs. We were able to walk past estates and cute cottages with beautiful gardens to shops and restaurants for breakfast and lunch. Close to the Buffalo History Museum and other local attractions and about 20 minutes from Niagara Falls. Our host was able to let us have an early check in time and he gave us a tour of the house with some interesting background info. He lives quietly on the third...
