• A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in.

• A credit card is required for a $200 security deposit at check-in.

• Daily resort charge: $11 plus tax (waived for eligible owner stays).

• Resort charge includes guest internet access, self-parking, basketball and shuffleboard equipment, barbecue equipment, and lobby coffee station.

• Guests arriving after midnight should contact the resort in advance to avoid cancellation.

• This accommodation includes interior and exterior stairs; accessible unit substitutions may not be available.

• All guest suites are non-smoking. Smoking in suites will result in a $500 cleaning fee.

• Pets are not permitted. ADA-defined service animals are welcome.
