“The room was very clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast wasn’t 5 star quality, however it was fresh and plentiful, and the sweet lady there made sure it was always full. She greeted everyone with a smile. I honestly cannot say enough about the staff. Each person we met was super friendly and helpful. Our only complaint, which wasn’t even the hotels fault, was that small children ran up and down the hallways at all hours of the night UNATTENDED. 2 small boys, 4 or 5 at...

“Very nice hotel overall. Great spot for walking the trail to the Island and to the Old Mill. Would recommend if you’re looking for a non strip hotel in pigeon forge, but with the convenience of the being walkable to the strip.”

“The man running front desk looked dirty.he took about 20 minutes to check us in.get to room 1 bed sheets was stained good thing we took our own in the same room the tub was nasty hair all over the wall the refrigerator barley worked the only thing good about that room was the ac.the second room the TV didn't work.had to track the people to let them know.the house keeping did not bring extra towels and we stayed a couple days I'm glad we brought ours.”

I was trying to cancel a reservation that was made and he wouldnt even look into the reservation to help what so ever just advised i call Expedia who it was originally booked through but then changed by this property to a different date so expedia did not have this reservation any longer due to them changing the reservation.
