Hotel a Piletas

“The property is not being well maintained. It is old and falling apart. Our room did not have a mirror. The sink was falling down and there is no hot water. But I think the hot water thing is the country so I don't want to go there. There's cats everywhere and there's trash and all of the gardens are not maintained at all and you're in a tropical area that is terrible. This place was the ultimate getaway for Puerto Rico at one time. Somebody needs to step up and bring it back. The staff running...

“Great location, clean room and affordable price.”

“I enjoyed my stay .. the sound of the waves while I slept was amazing . Very convenient location .”

“.”

“Very Clean, small room with basic amenities. Friendly staff. There is a good restaurant next to the structure. However, there is one big problem, the “villa” that they gave us was on the corner of the main road and a street light. We had to sleep with ear plugs since the sound was unbearable.”

“Excelente desayuno, limpieza.

“Amazing! The service, the food, the room... everything. We were received with kindness and attention to every need could've possibly had. The owners were really sweet! About the rooms: we still think about the bed. It was so incredibly comfortable. Lovely view and the pool we had all to ourselves. Please don't miss the chance to book your stay here! You won't regret it.”

“It was the most gracious hotel that we stayed in in Porto Rico. It is an old convent, well kept. The room had little light and was somewhat small but that was the only defect. Free protected parking. Very friendly and efficient staff. It is right in the center of this small, very well maintained and friendly small town. You see the real Puerto Rico life. We really enjoyed it”

“Owner was very responsive. We needed something fixed and sent someone the same day. Was always available & for sure will return.”

“Great place”

“First I rented an ocean veiw room and it wasn't. The check in code was wrong. Room had many spider webs. Mattress was stained. Pool was dirty. Pool area was barely lighted. Door barely closed to room.”
