“It was our second stay at this hotel with the family. The location is excellent, with a beautiful ocean view, and the room was spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Overall, the room was clean, although there were a few flies that had likely gotten in at some point.
The main issue during our stay was the extremely poor sound insulation and the noise from the neighbors above us. On the first night, there was prolonged loud noise coming from their room that was clearly audible...

“The appeared to be a little rough around the collar, not as professional as most places. However, the stay itself was good. The rooms are nice, as are the amenities such as sitting room with fireplace. The breakfast in the morning was quite terrible some items being overcooked others items being cold.
The wine and cheese from 5 to 6 was a very nice gesture, I enjoyed that. Also loved having the wonderful fireplace on the rainy night.”

“Beach View is an older property, however the rooms and bathrooms have been updated with upscale fixtures and plush linens. The big plus is that the hotel is 1/2 block to the beach and only a short walk to Rehoboth Avenue (the main street that bisects the town and ends at the beach) and the boardwalk. There are many restaurants within a short walking distance, even a couple next door to the hotel. The hotel lobby has a couple of nice seating areas, as well as tables for breakfast. A nice touch...

“Room was decorated nicely, AC worked good in the room mattress was very com fortable and the bed linens were nice. On the negative side the TV could not be adjusted for volume. Only the one remote controlled the TV and it had no sound button on it. the volume was so low you might as well had it on mute. Also the shower had mostly hot, hot water and that could not be adjusted properly. You almost had to totally turn it of to get a tolerable level of heat and that slowed the stream down greatly....
