"Poorly insulated room; so much so that noise was a problem. Biggest issue, however, was vastly inferior breakfast foods at Preston’s. Service was rather poor, too. We went outside the property for breakfast after first day"

"This property is beautiful and a perfect place to relax in the country. It is close enough to many amenities in Floyd and Christiansburg but far enough away that it is quiet.
