“Easy, not secure. Staff extremely rude, wouldn't add a traveler to my reservation so they could get the key to room. Went on Expedia site and messaged the hotel to add the second traveler that was the only option. I called and the guy rudely was talking over me and I wasn't able to explain the Expedia site, I asked him to "let me talk" and he yelled let me talk and then said no I'm cancelling your reservation. “When we arrived yo the hotel we were sent to a room that was not ready and they quickly gave us a clean room. The hotel was great the only thing I noticed was it needed a little vacuuming in the hallways. Other than that we were satisfied with our room. ”

“Clean room and comfortable beds. The breakfast was great with eggs to bacon/sausage to breads/pastries to oatmeal. The kitchen was stocked well with all you need and fridge was nice and large to keep all your foods cold and stored. The gym was also open 24 hours and had all you need for a good stregnth training and cardio workout”

“The bathroom shower curtain didnt reach the tub. Water poured out. We told maintenance. They just brought us another shower curtain. The same exact length. This was a long term problem. Mildew and mold in base boards and caulking of bathroom. They said the maids did something to the shower curtain rod. Black residue in bottom of tub. The room was great. Great modern furnishings Pool and cabanas were amazing! Great for a little family get together. Had a beautiful fire feature at night....

“We stayed at this Motel 6 in Tucson off Craycroft this weekend, and unfortunately it was a really bad experience. The room was not clean at all—there was hair on both the sheets and top bedding, stains on the linens, dirty floors, visible mold, and peeling paint. It honestly felt unsanitary. We were too exhausted to drive back home, so we stayed, but ended up sleeping on top of our own blankets curled up just trying to get through the night. “The hotel was quiet, comfortable and clean Happy hour menu was good, best mozzarella sticks I've ever had and enjoyed the hummus platter. Pool nice temperature and not overly crowded. Negatives were few, ran out of towels at the pool often and breakfast buffet wasn't worth the price. ”
