“First time at Gefyri and I would go back in a second. Staff was awesome ! Location to the town great , next to the famous Konitsa bridge. Parking was easy. Mr Thimios at the desk was a pro making sure everything was to our liking. ”

The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The location was excellent, close to everything and perfect for exploring the area. “Very disappointing. Several things are wrong with this so-called boutique hotel and spa. The offer room with fireplaces – which are an extra charge, of course. No firewood was provided. When we asked, they said they would not have firewood for another two weeks; then they changed the story to a 20 Euro charge for wood; then they showed us how to turn up the wall thermostat (!) And that’s just the beginning… The advertised “gym” is a single treadmill. The Hammam was out of order for two...
