“This home and property is beautiful! We loved listening to the sounds of the creek while sitting at the fire. The hosts were available via text and nearby if we needed anything. The property is located in a cute little town and near the Minnewaska SP, Wallkill, Hudson and local wineries and orchards.”

“We really enjoyed our stay! We had a large group of 24 friends, and the house met all of our needs. It was very clean, had enough bedrooms for everyone, and a large dining table that accommodated everyone for big dinners. We spent a lot of time throughout the weekend outside playing lawn games and sitting by the fire. The place was close enough to grab amenities or go to a grocery store, but off the beaten path and quiet. It was exactly what was listed and made for a where enjoyable time....

“We have never been to the Catskills before and i found this place and I am so glad I did. This house is on a very quiet dead-end street and across the street was the lake. It was just so peaceful and relaxing. The house was very comfortable and clean. We loved waking home or coming home to find deer in the yard. They are like pets. Not afraid of us at all. “Our group of 4 adults spent 3 nights in Ezequiel's beautiful property. It was cozy, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed the lovely, tranquil outdoor space, and we had easy access to the attractions we were there to visit (Mohank Nature Preserve, CIA -Culinary Institute of America, Storm King Sculpture Park, etc.). Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.”

“Overall, it seemed like the property manager was not ready for guests. The toilet instantly broke, the pool hadn’t been cleaned in probably weeks, and the apartment had stained sheets. It’s a nice place but really not worth the money.”

“Older manufactured home has been updated. We appreciated that each area had its own mini split unit for individual climate control. Area felt safe and quiet. Good hot water and water pressure. Kitchen was stocked for stovetop cooking but not much for baking, and no water glasses. (We just drank everything from the coffee cups.) Split bedroom layout was good for two couples. ”
