“Excellent B&B to stay in St Austell. The host was fantastic and very friendly, and the breakfasts were delicious.
In close proximity to the train station and center of town, but not noisy, with very comfortable beds and clean room.
Will definitely visit again if I get the chance to. Highly recommended. ”

“We loved this place. It was clean, comfortable, and a great base for exploring the area. Everything we needed in the kitchen was provided, including kettle, microwave, toaster, oven, hob and all the crockery, cutlery, etc.you could wish for. The shower was powerful and easy to use.

“This was our second year here, due to the friendliness of the staff, the comfort of the room, the quality of the food and the location. You can do as much or as little as you like using this as a base. We just love the ambience of the whole area. We did trips by car, train, boat, bus as well as feet. Would visit again.
