“Awesome stay”

“The house was perfect - location was close to all our needs. Very dog friendly neighborhood with a nice walking park around the block. Used the grill and backyard daily. We did not use the plunge pool but it looked nice. Thank you. Till next time!!!”

“Someone cooked fish and stunk up a whole floor. We couldn't pick a different floor since everything was already booked. Staff was respectful but couldn't do much about the smell. Room was dirty, other people's hairs were on towels, bedsheets and shower. Walls had holes in it. ”

“Property is older.Update to begin in May.Was disappointed no room safe. No Continental breakfast, just coffee and fruit.Extra charge for other items, although reasonable.”

“Absolutely love my stay at the Element, and a big reason for that is because of the hotel staff. Everyone at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Ashely working at breakfast buffet was so kind and made great food. The hotel is in a convenient location, you're right by a bunch of restaurants, Whole Foods, and museums (highly recommended the discover science center). The room is cozy, the bed is comfy, and everything else is great too. I have no complaints at all.”
