“Amazing property - eclectic, luxurious and spotless. Russell was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious, linens and towels were so soft, comfortable, and clean. I might have to invent a reason to visit Carlisle just so I can stay here again. 💗”

“Breakfast was meh. Pole lamp in room kept blowing bulbs. Refrig not cold enough. Hot tub was great but could have been cleaner..hair ball! I had to ask that the room window get washed. It was better but still not super cleaned. Housekeeper spoke no English and only pointed. Walked right into my room with only a quick knock. No apologies..fortunately I was dressed. Bed was confortable. Pool and sauna nice. ”

“Personale svogliato. Solo al check-in con due operatori ho atteso 20 minuti perchè Lei doveva “sistemare delle carte” e lui non era disponibile. Alla colazione, 15 minuti di attesa per sedersi, entriamo e la sala era quasi vuota. Ho chiesto da bere, me ne sono andato a prendere in cucina. Ho chiesto del latte caldo per i bambini, sono andato a scaldarlo al microonde vicino alla reception. Tutto questo per la modica cifra di 17 $ a persona. Vergognosi. ”
