“It’s been a year since I was last here and they have made many improvements. Some of the staff that was so helpful last year are gone but that didn’t mean the service was gone. This is the place to stay in Shippensburg ”

“Everything was wonderful to include breakfast. Getting to the hotel is difficult because you have to go through an outlet mall parking lot. There were no signs to the hotel and if I listened to Google, I would have went over a cliff. Plus it was dark outside, which made it more difficult to manage the parking lot. O e lar item Hotels need ti start putti g toilet brushes in the bathroom - enough said. ”

“Very nice stay. Rooms were very clean. The bed was comfortable. We missed breakfast, as it must end before 9:30. Would definitely stay there again!”

“Tv was broken. Room smelled like old food. The only thing I could get for breakfast was waffles. There was a broken sausage link left and a spot that had eggs (based off what was laying on the table). Staff were friendly and that was about the only good thing. ”

“Gym is very small and not much equipment ”

“A dirty pair of women’s underwear were left in the room from the night before. Hair was in the sink and bathtub when I arrived. A refund for the property was processed.”

“We didn't have breakfast but the coffee smelt great in the morning. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was a good temperature- we didn't need the Air conditioning. ”

“Pet fee on paper said $15 but was charged $20 Mirror in bathroom had a weird film on it. Carpet felt damp. No fresh cookies were out :( ”

“Don’t hesitate to stay here. Great room with comfy beds and a shower that will knock you over compared to other places we stayed. The included breakfast actually had real eggs! ”
