“Personale svogliato. Solo al check-in con due operatori ho atteso 20 minuti perchè Lei doveva “sistemare delle carte” e lui non era disponibile. Alla colazione, 15 minuti di attesa per sedersi, entriamo e la sala era quasi vuota. Ho chiesto da bere, me ne sono andato a prendere in cucina. “Our stay was great from check-in to check out. The building is older but very well maintained and clean. We traveled with our small dog and have to say that they have a very reasonable pet fee of $25. Plenty of grassy areas for pet relief with friendly signs reminding people to clean up after their pets. The location is ideal as it is in walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and historical sites. The breakfast spread was a great variety and the breakfast crew kept the food stocked,...

“Horrible housekeeping hung up dirty towels took to front desk gentleman in front desk didn’t think it was a big deal. Asked if I wanted to clean towels and proceeded to walk and get me a couple clean towels. Room was never cleaned properly. Nothing was wiped down when they did come in all they did was hang up the dirty towels.
