“No one to greet you upon arrival , rang bell and waited for him to come. No one at front desk upon departure. Only one person for those two things, who also was setting up breakfast. Limited items for breakfast,,.the dining room wasn't cleaned up. Our room was above check in desk and reception area where this person and family (2 small children) were playing, squealing and fussing until 10:30 pm when we went out to ask them to quiet down so we could get some sleep.”

“The hotel is showing wear, but the staff is outstanding. Several little things need to be repaired/replaced, but with a remodel pending those should be handled.
I had curdled milk on two separate days! Both containers were well within the best by date. There's a problem somewhere!
Missing flatware in our suite. Missing bulbs in the bathroom fixture. Bathroom sink faucet is hard to operate and should be replaced.

“The property is lovely and spacious. Six of us stayed four nights very comfortably. We had a little snag at check in bc the keypad didn’t recognize my log in number and there was a bit of a panic when I couldn’t reach the guest contact. Once we got that straightened out, everything was fine.”
