“It’s a lovely luxury vacation resort. Beautiful, well equipped. Shower is very powerful (not all hotels have that). Outdoor Onsen bath per room with sea view is the best.
All staffs are very nice and helpful.
The spa is superb too. We did facial and body massage. Totally relaxed.
It’s a great resort. Dinner is nice.
One recommendation: breakfast is limited to Japanese style only. It would be great if the hotel can offer Japanese style and western style.

“What a delightful hostel with ryoken style rooms and a beautiful onsen. The views were also wonderful of the sea! Great service, great place and accessible to the train station, too!”

“This picture and the place have no connection. This is the picture of the nearby beach. The hotel is not located here. It's about a few minutes walk from the beach. It's better to put a real picture of the hotel. Also, the hotel does not have an elevator and the entrance is narrow. It's difficult to carry bags to the 4th floor without an elevator. Also no facilities for keeping your baggage. You need to pay coin lockers”

“Incredible. Setsuko-san and the rest of the staff were amazing. The ryokan is beautiful and peaceful. Meals were among the best I’ve ever had, and they were so accommodating with my picky kids. The onsen are wonderful. Seriously, we can’t wait to come back.”

“The stay was incredible! My friends and I had the most amazing girls getaway here. The service was incredible, and I think that the quality was great for the cost. The weather was nice when we were there, but a bit windy on the second day. The quality of the food was great as well. I have no complaints and would love to stay here again someday! ”

“We Americans stayed here for 2 nights. Highly recommended. Great cultural experience for those looking for an authentic ryokan in an older style building with communal bathing facilities. Japanese breakfast was really fun but I had little idea what I was eating. Go with an open mind! I was glad there were a couple of very helpful staff who spoke some English. Otherwise, it looked like all local Japanese guests there!”

Resorpia Atami
10/10 Eccellente
