“予約から滞在中までのスタッフのサービスはとても良かったし、お食事も美味しかった 今回はクーポンの利用で安く泊ま等ことができ満足だったが、正規の金額であれば全体の内容からすると、お部屋からの眺望は6階以上でないと周りの景色が目線に入り気になったので高層階の旨みがないと思う。正直少し割高な気がした ドラマでみて、泊まりたいと思って予約したので少し期待ハズレな部分もあった ”

“全体的に良かったです。ただ、駐車場の場所を聞くのにカスタマーセンターに電話したところ、間違えた場所を教えられました。 その駐車場の管理者の方に伺ったところ、毎回間違えて教えているようで迷惑していると仰ってました。 実際は150mくらい離れていたのに、建物の隣りと説明を受けました。 そこだけ改善して頂ければ最高です。”

“The property has a lovely relaxing resort feel which was welcome after the hustle and bustle of Tokyo and Kyoto ! The rooms are very spacious .. we upgraded to the ocean view room which was definitely worth it ! The balcony and view was amazing ! The breakfast was a lovely inclusion. , enough Western options . We had dinner there as well and was good . Tried out the onsen which was very relaxing and did help my sore joints ! The town of Atami is a bit run down , but the temple is nice and...

“少し道が入り組んでるので分かりずらいですが、駅から近く助かりました。 無料の朝ご飯(パンとゆで卵、バナナにグレープフルーツ、ホットコーヒー)付きも朝からほっこりしました。 子供にも優しく対応して下さり嬉しかったです。 温泉は少しぬるめかなと思いましたが、違う所もぬるかったので熱海温泉はこうゆうものなのかなと知りました。 また熱海に行く時はお願いします。”

“I only speak English and French but was traveling with a Japanese friend. The hotel guests were 95% Japanese which shows how good of a reputation it has. Very nice hotel but may be difficult if you are not traveling with someone who speaks Japanese”
