When about to open the living room balcony floor-to-ceiling windows, open gently let the window opens up towards you, avoiding pulling hard the handle while opening or it might broke in 2 pieces, and will have to get it replaced.

the organic waste has to be taken out before leaving the house, the bins are short walk from the house, exiting on the right, about 150 meters on the left.

please keep quiet during the hours of night rest, after 11.00 Pm till 8.00 Am
please make sure to have the 45 inch Smart TV volume set not too high

Heating system is controlled remotely.
