“Would not give me more than 3 towels for a family of four without a trade in towel. Was unable to check in until 3:45 because rooms were not clean. Second floor staff was talking loud with a guest on front of our door, when my wife came out to see, the staff told my wife she could keep it moving. ”

“When I booked there was no where in the disclosure that this is owned by a third party and that I had to pay for a cleaning fee since it was a condo. Shower and AC was not working properly and didn’t get fixed during our stay. The staff up front couldn’t help because the “condo” was owned by another company.”

“I didn’t even know there was breakfast, the parking lot was spacious and it felt safe enough to leave the car for my 4 day stay while traveling in Las Vegas, the room was clean but the halls ways smelt like straight tobacco, but it was also very secure you could not enter the hall ways to the room with out key card access so I felt safe. The staff were very helpful when I needed supplies like toilet paper and towels. The cleaning staff were nice when they would see us walk out the room they...

“Not clean at all. Human and pet hair everywhere. Old food on walls and dirty fridge. Curtains were very dirty also.”

“ Sicuramente il peggior hotel che abbia mai visto! Fatiscente, vecchio, mai manutenzionato, sporco, ho dormito vestito perché mi faceva schifo tutto. Impossibile fare una doccia! Una situazione che ho accettato perché non avevo altra scelta. Ma 160 dollari per una simile porcheria sono un vero furto! Spero che Expedia voglia togliere questo albergo dalla sua lista! Mi raccomando: Non andateci!”

“I got to my room and the bed was dirty. The bed had crumbs and hair. Then, I pulled up the covers from the bed and saw the wet towels and stains in the sheets. I felt so disgusted to see that the bed was super dirty, the sheets not changed and if the bed was not clean that means that the room was not clean either. So disappointing because I really enjoyed staying at this hotel Element.”
