ApartHotel a Pirenei Francesi

“Very disappointed with our stay at L'Arcada de Fares. We were expecting a quiet, authentic country experience, but the reality was the opposite. The apartment lacked basic comfort—the sheets smelled damp and moldy. The noise was also a major issue because the property sits right by the highway; sitting on the terrace meant staring at the road and listening to traffic noise. “Excellent stay. Very quiet, had everything we needed”

“Logement de qualité. Chambre propre. Personnel professionnel. Accès à une petite piscine pour se rafraîchir.”

“Excellent customer service! Rooms are not quite like the pictures and anything that touches water ie toilet, shower, hot tub all smelled. Had to run the tub once to get all the nasty smell out and smell came fronts”

Having to go out and buy basic hygiene paper during a torrential rain forecasted for a self-catering apartment standard is...

“The gentleman at reception was very welcoming and chatty. Check in was smooth and the reception area was nicely furnished and clean. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, well decorated and nicely furnished. My only issue was that to get access to the bathroom was through the master bedroom and we had our teenage son with us, who was sleeping on the bed settee in the living room area. We had a small terrace outside our ground floor apartment which would have benefited from a small table...

“Tout parfait! 5/5”

“It is a simple place, but clean and spacious. Location is excellent for summer activities in the mountains.”

“Personale gentile, silenzioso, letto comodo, organizzazione del monolocale molto razionale ”
