“Internet was off & on even after they fixed it. Had a problem with AC, was fixed last day.”

“The property manager was dismissive in every interaction. There were not pillow cases provided our first night and we had to track down the cleaning staff to get fresh ones. “I would have loved to have given a 5* review because the apartment deserved it - but the apprehension caused by the failure of the hotel to send key codes for access prior to arrival was not a good start to our holiday. Fortunately, the host responded promptly to my panicked voice call from outside the locked reception in the baking heat and the access issue was resolved quickly via direct WhatsApp connection.
