“I paid previous night and received confirmation of booking from Expedia. I called 3 tomes on the way from Dhaka but not picked up by anyone. When I reached at noon, the resort people were telling there was no booking in my name. I showed the booking confirmation. But they kept my car waiting out side of gate and asking me to cancel the booking!! “The staff were ever so welcoming and friendly. I stayed here twice, first at the start of my holiday and then at the end. The rooms are of a good standard, comparable to a good western hotel.
