  • SEACLIFF HOUSE è un singolo livello recentemente ridecorato e paesaggistico Shell Beach casa con spettacolare vista sull'oceano senza ostacoli attraverso San Luis Bay a Point Sal e oltre. Questa pianta del piano sf 1300 ha due ampie camere da letto entrambe con letti king size. Il padrone ha un bagno di collegamento con una grande cabina doccia piastrellata in vetro con cornici in vetro senza cornice, mobili personalizzati e banco in granito con due lavelli. La seconda camera da letto ha vista sull'oceano e il secondo bagno ha una vasca da bagno con doccia piastrellata sopra, mobili personalizzati e contatore e dettagli in granito.

    Lo spazio abitativo è un piano aperto per massimizzare la vista sull'oceano. Divano e poltrone si affacciano sul panorama o sul televisore a schermo piatto con cavo di base, lettore DVD, Apple TV, altoparlanti Bluetooth e Internet ad alta velocità. C'è una vasta libreria di libri e film e un fuoco a gas con pulsante per quelle fredde serate invernali.

    La sala da pranzo può ospitare sei. La cucina è dotata di piano cottura a gas e forno a gas incorporato con grill, lavastoviglie, un sacco di armadi e controsoffitto. C'è una lavanderia con lavatrice, asciugatrice e lavandino della lavanderia.

    All'esterno c'è un patio da pranzo con pareti divisorie con sei posti a sedere, Il patio anteriore ha quattro sedie Adirondack per sedersi e guardare fuori verso il mare e una stanza esterna aggiuntiva con posti a sedere e una parete divisoria curva e vista mare. Sul lato nord della casa è una doccia esterna privata per il risciacquo di sabbia, una corda da bucato per teli mare e mute e una griglia a carbone Webber. C'è un posto auto coperto e spazio per una seconda macchina in tandem (2 posti auto in loco). Tutte le aree sono accessibili e tutte le porte sono larghe tre piedi.

Great little house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I had an amazing five night stay at this beautiful house in August. Interior was immaculate, clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was exceptional, especially with the 50 retro look they have. Bed was very comfortable and the bathrooms were spotless. Sat outside every morning having coffee and every evening sipping wine.....and watching the whales! Such a beautiful neighborhood and community. Met some really nice neighbors every day from the front patio and also a few houses away at the scenic viewing point where we watched the amazing sunsets! Will definitely be back.

A little piece of heaven

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the house, location and neighborhood. I had a problem with bites the whole time I was there. I finally figured it out by the time I left. The house had a lot of tiny jumping spiders that were hard to see or catch. After research I found out they will bite if disturbed and leave angry welts. Hope you can get rid of them. I left my Kurig coffee maker there for my one cup in the morning. Unfortunately we had the major power outage while I was there. All in all the staff was responsive and friendly and I would love to stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place. Seven Sisters Vacation Rentals were easy to work with. A couple of minor issues came up that were handled expeditiously to our satisfaction. As far as the property, there is not a better location in Shell Beach than Seacliff house. We would rent it again same time next year if it were available which it unfortunately it is not. Seven Sisters worked with us to find another rental in Shell Beach that I'm sure will be great. One minor improvement I would recommend to the owners of Seacliff house is that they upgrade the BBQ grill. The current charcoal grill is small, old, and rusty. A propane one would be nice but at least a new larger charcoal model should be available.
