“The location to Grover Beach/Pismo Beach was very good. Also it is close proximity to picking up groceries or having Instacart deliver. The only down side was not having extra bedding in the rooms in case it is needed during a more than two night stay. Other than that it was great. Also a word of advice if you want to drive on Grover beach to hang out they have a 1000 car maximum so you need to go early pick up yourv $5 pass with In and Out access and you will be set.”

The host, Pauline, is clearly very experienced and thought of all sorts of things to have on hand, as well as to tell people about the house and all of it was very helpful. The house was also very nicely furnished and had a nice outdoor space on the back patio.Given there was only 1 bathroom it might be a little tight for more than 2-3 people, but for us, a couple, it was the perfect space and we enjoyed the location as well, which was...

“This tree-house is a must if you haven't stayed in tree-houses before. We arrived very late in the night but the host graciously waited for our arrivals and also helped with our bags up the staircases. The bathroom door is loose and due to the natural slant of the tree house, doesnt close properly but everything else was perfect. The location is great - the Pismo beach boardwalk isn't far. It's a great place to stop at, if you are driving down from SF to LA. ”
