We were very satisfied with our stay at Casa do Sol. The condo was impecable and very comfortable. There were plenty of bathrooms for all guests and the kitchen had absolutely everything you could possibly need. We could’ve even made a cake! We took note of the blinds in the bedrooms which had options to allow light in or have it completely dark for better sleep. We also noticed how nothing squeaked, not the stairs, not the doors, not the beds which made it very quiet for those with sensitive sleep. The directions to get in and out were very easy and we had no trouble accessing or locking the condo. Location was perfect, a very short walking distance from the peer, yummy restaurants, beach, shops, etc… which was great as parking in that area was busy but we just left our car safely in the garage and simply strolled over. The condo was close but just far enough to enjoy the quiet.It was also a 20min drive to Morro Bay which we enjoyed visiting as well. Overall it was a great experience for our family of 4 adults and 2 kids.

The Unit was very nicely and comfortably furnished and in spotless condition. A great location. We would stay here again. BUT... there were a few items that merit attention. (1) The top floor hall bathroom fan does not work, stinky! (2) The TV's are based on streaming, but the internet is not capable enough; shows stopped multiple times an hour to buffer. Very frustrating! (3) Garbage pickup was supposed to be Wednesday. The bins were full when we arrived Sunday, and were never picked up by checkout the next Sunday! (4) The Clothes dryer only worked sporadically, sometimes it would run for a minute or two, sometimes longer. No matter what cycle it was put on.

Great stay in Pismo Beach

We had a great time staying at this property and it met all of our expectations. The home has high end kitchen, comfortable beds, and rooftop was very cool. The beach items supplied were great to have to entertain our kids at the beach. Everything we needed was covered.

Clean, Comfy, Classy

Great stay at this house for 6 adults! We appreciated how clean and well stocked the home was... and were thrilled by the surfboards in the garage - ready for use. Highly recommend.

Great Location and Spot for Families

What a great Beach House. It is just a couple blocks from the ocean and to the pier at Pismo Beach. We were welcomed with a great gift basket and lots of extras. They have tons of beach supplies including surf board, buggy boards, chairs, and more. They truly thought of everything.We had fun as a family and found everything from start to finish was amazing.

Amazing location & home!

From the moment of booking, we were provided with all of the good info we needed! Very easy communication all around. This home was so clean & BEAUTIFUL; everything was just as listed. The location to the beach was wonderful; walking distance to so many great restaurants & shops. We most certainly plan to stay here again!
