Questo nuovissimo edificio dal design moderno e mediterraneo che è stato recentemente completato nel 2018, quindi puoi essere uno dei primi a godere dei suoi servizi e delle finiture impeccabili di fascia alta.

Presenta pavimenti in legno, ripiani in granito bianco, infissi di fascia alta, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, accesso internet WiFi gratuito, DirecTV e, soprattutto, una terrazza panoramica completamente arredata con vista panoramica sull'oceano, sul centro di Pismo e sulle montagne.

La terrazza sul tetto privata di 450 piedi quadrati dispone di un riscaldatore per patio, un grill in acciaio inossidabile, un set da conversazione con tavolo da fuoco a 4 posti e un tavolo da pranzo con tavolo da fuoco da 6 posti in modo da poter godere di una vista mozzafiato che questo condominio ha da offrire.

La cucina è ben attrezzata e fornita di tutte le basi, ma ha anche: frullatore, caffettiera, tostapane, pentole in acciaio, posate in acciaio e bicchieri da vino.

È collegato al lussuoso bagno principale che dispone di una doccia piastrellata personalizzata, doppi lavandini e ripiani in granito bianco.

La seconda camera da letto ti permette di avere alcune delle migliori viste sull'Oceano e sul centro ed è anche arredata con un letto matrimoniale con materasso Novaform, SmartTV da 40 "con servizio DirecTV, cassettiera e un grande armadio.

La terza camera ha anche una vista sull'oceano, letto matrimoniale con materasso Novaform. Ampio spazio armadio e spazio sotto il letto pure.

Al piano terra, c'è un garage ben illuminato per 2 auto per il parcheggio sicuro dei veicoli.

326 Stimson - Lo spazio abitativo dell'Unità 3 non è accessibile alle persone su sedia a rotelle e può anche essere di difficile accesso per anziani o bambini molto piccoli. Excellent Pismo Beach Condo with Amazing Rooftop ViewsWe recently stayed at this condo in Pismo Beach and had a wonderful experience. The property was clean, beautifully renovated, and in an ideal location. Being within walking distance to the beach, local shops, and restaurants made our stay incredibly convenient and enjoyable.The absolute highlight of this property was the rooftop access, which offered breathtaking panoramic views of Pismo Beach and the ocean. We spent evenings watching the sunset and mornings enjoying coffee with the spectacular coastal scenery spread out before us. This special feature truly elevated our stay from great to unforgettable.The condo itself was well-maintained and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The renovations were tastefully done, giving the space a fresh, modern feel while still being cozy and inviting.What really stood out was the perfect location - we loved being able to walk to the beach whenever we wanted and explore downtown Pismo without having to drive. Great weekend wedding stay

We were in town for a wedding and this home was the perfect home base for us. There were six of us, my hubby and I and our 20-something kids. We all loved it. The rooftop deck was so nice, once it was warm enough to enjoy it! The location is fantastic, so close to beach, pier, shops, restaurants and all of it! Hosts were responsive and very nice.

High School Reunion Trip

Absolutely loved the place, Gene was fantastic to deal with, he made to whole process so easy. My only criticism would be they need more pillows. They only provide one small pillow per person for the bedrooms, but non for the pullout sofa.

Family gathering

Got together for a special birthday celebration. Location was great. The stairs were a little challenging for three days. Three flights and quite steep. Master bed too firm and would bring my own pillows as those provided were not very comfortable. The kitchen was nice as was the deck on top of building.

Great Location!

This property is in a great location. Few blocks to the beach and pier. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The property is clean, comfortable and homey. It has everything you need. The rooftop is spacious and a nice place to relax during sunset. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect location for a family

Condo is centrally located in downtown Pismo and walking distance to the pier, beach, restaurants and shops. The home was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. We cooked most meals in and the kitchen was very well stocked. We loved the roof set up. We had views of the whales who were feeding in the Bay. It had fire pits for the seating areas which were perfect for the chilly evenings. We had a slight hiccup with the cable channel access and Gene was so responsive in getting it resolved. Would definitely book again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Perfect home

This condo is in an ideal location. Right in the heart of everything so we were able to walk everywhere. The condo was clean and stocked with anything we needed. Lots of stairs, so i feel like I got my workout in each day. No complaints. It was the perfect home for my family of 6!

I find this place nice and clean. Inviting. Comfortable. Just no complaints at all. Love the two car garage and secure entry for us. Well located for easy access to beach and downtown. Especially loved the rooftop living area, view from there, and the gas fireplaces. Sooooooooo nice.

great stay in Pismo Beach

We have stayed many times in Pismo over the years and this was on of the best properties we have stayed at. Everything was very clean and new. The kitchen worked very well for our family to cook dinner. The roof deck is awesome and we enjoyed it everyday. The garages fit two Tahoes easily and we left them parked most of the time as everything is in easy walking distance. Gene is easy to communicate with. The WIFI works well. I highly recommend this property.

This property was perfect for our family of 5. First, it was as so clean! The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. Very relaxing living room, and great family space on rooftop. Prompt replies to questions. Perfectly clean condo with a beautiful rooftop view of the beach, patio heaters, comfy beds and nice kitchen. Seven sisters had a great time making memories ... daily walks to the pier, best ever cinnamon rolls, great places to eat, enjoyed a night at Great American Melodrama and beautiful sunsets from the rooftop. Loved the open floorplan, fireplace and garage parking. We may have to make this an annual go-to. Thanks for everything.

Wonderful time. Lots of stairs. Acoustics are very loud. Outside noise not noticeable. Plenty of kitchen accessories. Cups a little small for coffee. But mostly loved it. Gene was Wonderful.
