While not ideal for children, the owner prefers a maximum of 2 occupants with occasional visitors, not exceeding a total of 6 occupants. Our seaside retreat is tucked away in a quiet gated community with full-time residents. Smoking is a big no, even on the patios. Unfortunately, no furry friends are allowed. Included in the monthly rental fee is a mandatory mid-month cleaning. The owner requires frequent housekeeping and linen services. The service will be performed by the management company, Seven Sisters Vacation Rentals. A minimum 30-night stay is required due to a strict City of Pismo Beach ordinance.
