Spacious living areas, gorgeous chef ready kitchen, professionally decorated townhouse. Ideally located in Shell Beach. The master ensuite has a king bed. Bedrooms 2 & 3 each have a queen bed. The 3rd bedroom is equipped with a desk for remote working.

The home is equipped with smart TVs and WiFi, so you’re all set for streaming! Just log in to your own accounts (like Netflix, Hulu, etc.) since there’s no cable included.

Utilities are included with a reasonable usage cap.

If you have a furry companion, the owner will consider one dog, up to 45 pounds, as long as it’s non-shedding. A non-refundable pet fee of $225 per month applies.

When it’s time to move out, there’s a $595 cleaning fee, and we kindly ask that the area rugs and upholstery are professionally steam cleaned.

The home is furnished including bed linens and bath towels.

Suitability: Remote work site, couples retreat. No smoking. One non-shedding dog, under 45 pounds will be considered. Additional pet fee applies. Must be minimum 30 night stay due to strict City of Pismo Beach ordinance.
