“The description said partial ocean view, but we had a pretty good full view of the ocean from our balcony. Loved the kitchen ! Beds were clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and sanitary. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Assisted with accommodations quickly. Definitely will be returning soon. ”

“We always enjoy staying here. It's a nice, quiet place to stay with a pretty comfortable bed. The staff were all so nice and helpful. The room is super cute and clean. Basic, but nice! I've never heard anything from the room next to us either which is always good since I'm a light sleeper. ”

“The room and the grounds were exceptionally clean and well manicured, the staff at the front desk was super cool and helped me with using pre paid cards for the payment. The housekeepers and groundskeeper were super nice and were very helpful and professional. The location of the hotel was very nice, easy access to the beach, shops and fine dining. The pool was very clean and heated, they also had a hot tub. Avila Beach is a great place for home base to access Pismo Beach, Cambria, Hearst Castle...
