“This place is phenomenal. I love love love love love and did I say love this place. Definitely somewhere that I will be returning to. We enjoyed every second of our stay. Three reasons why I could not give it a 5, even though the place is nice and the people friendly. 1) $100 PER DAY put on your credit card for incidentals. So stay a week, get $700 put on it. 2) Ad says " valet parking available". It is the ONLY parking available unless you can find a place on the street, and move your car before the meters go live. When you pay $177.00 for a night stay, you expect to get a decent room to the category of 3 or 4 star. what are we becoming? people will stop traveling pretty soon. please lower the prices at least and stop taking advantage of innocent customers. “That hotel was a kind of shock for us. I have to admit that room was clean and comfortable, but it is a small roadside motel, rather than hotel, in a very unattractive area. No amenities at all. Room’s window faced a wall. Other rooms face a loud and busy street, so we were actually lucky. It was OK for us to spend a night on our road trip, but definitely do not recommend.”

"Le camere sono molto belle e pulite, la cucina ben attrezzata. La posizione eccellente. Il processo di check-in però è poco customer oriented. Non c’è personale ed eventuali necessità devono essere gestite mediante chiamata da un display ad un assistente remoto. Il funzionamento della comunicazione non era buono, il volume estremamente basso e l’interlocuzione difficile. Il processo andrebbe migliorato perché in caso di necessità il cliente non è ben seguito. Per tutto il resto l’hotel è eccellente "
