“The property and views are beautiful and we really enjoyed the grounds and the beach. The big problem is the highway noise. It is very noticeable so there is no hearing the ocean. Even with the doors closed, they REALLY need to invest in insulated doors and good, properly installed weather stripping. Otherwise, great!”

“We stayed at Cottage Inn while in Pismo Beach for a big classic car show. One disappointing thing was that there was only one parking spot per room and we had two cars with us. The desk staff was extremely nice and apologetic. They were able to offer suggestions on a neighborhood we could park a car in that was walking distance. It worked out okay but was nerve wracking. “Recent and current remodel underway, but this place was still amazing. Our room was spacious and we'll decorated, with an ocean view. Our 20 year anniversary trip, which we created 20 years ago, with a stay right here. Just as special as before, just newer decor.”

“The hotel was very nice inside. The only downfall was that they were having a party until 10 o'clock at night it was very loud they turn the music on louder at 9:15. Did not enjoy that at all when you have a three year-old or young kids they should've had us in a different room and all the party guest should've been around the party. It was very annoying. “The location was great, however, when we arrived, there was no parking available, had to park down the street. The person checking us in barely looked up, not a super warm welcome, but that’s okay. It’s close to the street so you can hear everything that’s going on outside. Overall, 6/10 for location and cleanliness.”
