“This stay was the second time I stayed at this property. This time I came with my family. We got 2 rooms and both rooms were clean, cozy and comfortable. My 8 year old nephew was very impressed with the decor and the view. Pismo Beach is always a CA getaway fave.”

“This hotel is beautiful all around the property. The room was very nice very clean, the bed was a little bit hard for me, and the heat didn’t work. It was just blowing out cold air even when we were upping the temperature however, everything else was beautiful.”

“We stayed in a room off from the main hotel. It was great with a nice view of the beach and the ocean. Lucky it was a beautiful day and the beach is right there. A brief walk to the pier shopping area with restaurants so close by. Bathrooms are good, bed is comfortable as are the pillows. Good fridge in the room. Good price and quality. We have stayed here several times in the past and it has always been good for a fun day.”

“We love your hotel but the upstairs windows have been restricted to just opening a small bit rather than the whole way. This obstructs our upstairs ocean view that we pay extra for and really we missed the air and view the full opened windows provide. ”

“The staff was nice and everything was very clean. However, I will say the property in general was extremely loud. I don’t think it’s a reflection of the property, I think the guests that happened to be There were very disruptive and I unfortunately had to cut my trip early because it was impossible to sleep. The staff was very apologetic and understanding and tried to switch me rooms and let me out of my reservation early given the circumstances. I travel often and was in town for work and after...

“Room was clean. Paid for partial ocean view but received a patio with fire pit and direct view of the Pismo Beach sign. Only wish they provided microwave. So many good restaurants that we couldn't finished our meal. Would have been nice to reheat.”

“room was very very tiny, there were some dead bugs on the ceiling of the bathroom that freaked us out a little. it appeared as though they tried to paint over a dead moth on the ceiling of the bathroom so it was just stuck. the faucet was rusty. i showered the first night and a few deas bugs fell off the ceiling so i did not shower the second night. bed was comfortable and seemed to be clean. the woman at the front desk was so sweet. location was perfect just wish it was a little cleaner. :)”

“It was nice place to stay.the only thing I would complain about is the noise from rooms above you. I know that’s not the hotels fault but we stayed for three nights and every night it sounded like kids were playing basketball in the room until 1 or two in the morning.”
