Hotel vicino a Pismo State Beach -

“Booked two rooms here while driving south and am so lucky they were available. This hotel doesn't have alot of amenities - no hotel restaurant, no hotel lobby, etc, but the customer service, the rooms and the location are hard to beat. Book here if you want a room to enjoy Pismo Beach area at a great value. I would stay here over and over as the staff were amongst the kindest I've encountered.- kinda like a bed and breakfast without the breakfast, but one block from the beach. Highly recommend...

“Had a wonderful stay this past weekend! Enjoyed the beach front location, use of beach chairs and towels, and the private Hot tub on our balcony! The staff were so friendly and the ocean view, 3rd floor, restaurant was delicious (although pricey). Shops and other food joints were within walking distance. We will definitely be back again!”

“I love the ocean view from our room. The beach is not crowded although is kind a long walk from the property but its worth it. We weren’t able to check out the pool and the hot tub. The property is kinda crowded a little because of the construction. But it wasnt to bad. We got the new renovated room but the outlet on the other bed is not working. The breakfast was good. The view is amazing its very relaxing and quite. I would love to stay there again.”

“We called the front office about a noise complaint, there were people with a big dog staying in the room above ours, for house we just heard footsteps, furniture moving, dog barking and footsteps. We called the next morning asking for a different room and was told if there was a complaint they would talk to them. Next night new people were staying above us and showed up drunk yelling at each other at midnight. I had to turn the tv on and the ac unit on due to not waking my dog and my pregnant...

“Property was nice! Big hotel! Restaurant had a good breakfast. The only downside the room had a sewage smell.”

“Ac wasn’t very cold but was ok, rooms a little small but clean and a good area.”

“The outside is really nice Spanish style however the lobby lacks the same aesthetic. It felt very clinical like a doctors office. Check in was supposed to be 3pm, but our room wasn’t ready. The bathroom was very dingy, wallpaper peeling moldy baseboards. We had to pay to park which I found odd for the location.”
