Hotel a Pitahaya

“lo avevamo scelto per la vicinanza al parque carara dove avremmo dovuto avvistare anche gli splendidi ara rossi. Il parco ci ha un po' delusi, così non è stato per l'hotel, immerso in un bosco. La mattina alle 6 ci siamo svegliati col richiamo di 5, 6 ara rossi e blu che hanno fatto spettacolo davanti alle noste finestre. Colazione e cena in chiave cucina locale.”

“The pools were filthy, on the border they had a layer of something greasy. The room was “premium” it had an exclusive pool. the shower didn’t worked properly. No AC control. There were bedbugs. The balcony was nice The food in general was bad, in some cases disgusting… when I asked for some ingredients for allergy they didn’t know and didn’t bother to follow back. The kids animation was good”

“The room and facilities were clean, my only complaint would be the area itself, out of control of the hotel. There was someone sleeping on the sidewalk in front of the hotel when we arrived and there really isn’t much to offer in the area. We only stopped for the night to catch the ferry the next day and thought that there would be more to see. ”

“Cute idea, just poorly executed! The domo has no actual floor its just some boards with bamboo between some of the larger gaps, so the dome is filled with spiders, crickets, ants and other bugs. Booking this type of accomodation we expected some bugs but this was hundreds of bugs, and being stung and biten all night, so we got very little actual sleep.
