Na Craigean Lodge - Glengoulandie

Na Craigean Lodge ha un luminoso, spazioso, open space soggiorno / sala da pranzo e zona cucina con soffitto a volta, pavimenti in rovere e riscaldamento a pavimento in tutto. Dai comodi divani le ampie vetrate sfruttano al meglio le viste mozzafiato di Schiehallion e anche i cervi che abitano l'altro lato dello stagno.

Questi punti di vista sono condivisi dalla camera da letto principale che ha anche porte francesi che conducono al balcone che si estende per tutta la lunghezza della proprietà.

La cucina completamente attrezzata, con elettrodomestici di alta gamma e una spaziosa sala da pranzo offre al Lodge una sensazione di casa lontano da casa dove è possibile gustare seduti insieme.

Le tre camere da letto di dimensioni generose (due king size e una doppia) dispongono di letti confortevoli, armadi a muro e specchiere. Tutte le camere godono di lusso en-suite / bagni privati, che sono piastrellati con gusto.

A wonderful lodge near the mountains

Beautiful Lodge and Setting

Enjoyed our 5 nights at the lodge. It was well equipped for a relaxing stay. In a remote location, but we were able to explore many other areas within a couple hours of the lodge each day. Lots of other amenities (restaurants, groceries etc.) available in nearby Aberfeldy.

Stunning Location

Great lodge in a stunning location. Plenty of beautiful walks. Pitlochry is a lovely place with lots of places to eat with really good food. Only fault was some of the kitchen pans were not clean and it could have done with more cutlery. But would love to stay there again.

A perfect haven

Great lodge in a tranquil location. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. All amenities provided were ideal for our stay, and Anna was always quick to reply to any queries. Will definitely come back!

Perfect Holiday Home and Location

Holiday home was pretty much perfect. Clean and well maintained with lots of homely touches. Situated in a lovely environment with beautiful views to the pond, fields and out lying area. Good location perfectly situated for exploring the local areas and further afield if desired.

Amazing stay!

We had an amazing time in Na Craigean, absolutely beautiful location and perfect for exploring the local scenery. Everything that was needed was provided, we had a slight problem the first day but the owners solved it right away. Would love to go back!

Beautiful cottage

We had a fabulous time at Na Craigean cottage. The cottage is exactly as shown in the pics. The cottage was clean & well equipped. Grandparents & kids enjoyed equally. It is a bit of drive to the closest grocery store. Overall, a fantastic experience!!

fantastic location, very clean, spacious and really well furnished lodge. perfect for the full family. had an issue with the hot water but was resolved pretty quickly considering it was Sunday morning!! will recommend to all who I know as well anyone I do not know!!!

This property, as well as the site and area surrounding, far exceeded our expectations. One very small thing, we were unable to view the TV. Other than that we cannot fault it. Perfect in every way.

Serene Location

This was a nice retreat for a few nights. It was able to accommodate our group in one place. It was quiet and the surroundings were very peaceful. While the place was "clean" it needed a little help cleaning up the cobwebs as they were found throughout the place, inside and out. I guess depending on what you're used to, the mattress in at least 1 bedroom could be updated as it was sagging. The kitchen was well stocked and it was a comfortable space. It would have been nice to have some blankets to use outside and enjoy that space more. A great spot and with a few minor changes, it would be practically perfect.

BLOWN AWAY BY THE VIEW!

Myself, my husband and our two children have just spent six nights at this beautiful lodge, we did not want to leave! It was spotlessly clean, equipped with everything you could ever need, spacious and boasted the most magnificent view of the loch with its resident swans and ducks, the mountains and the deer park beyond where red deer can be seen roaming. We loved the peace and quiet that the location offered, but did not feel isolated as we were only a short drive from the shops and restaurants of Weem, Aberfeldy and Kenmore. Everything ran so smoothly that we had no need to contact the property owners Anna and Mark, but I have no doubt that should we have needed them, they would have been super helpful just like they were in all our communications in the run up to our stay. This lodge absolutely made our holiday!! :)

Snowed in!

Great stay at the lodge…beautiful surroundings, the deer opposite and the swans on the loch. Lodge was very luxurious. 18 inches of snow fell with storm Eunice on our last night… but the hosts were very good about letting us stay an extra night until the roads cleared and the kids just loved it!

Great lodge, stunning location

Great lodge with fantastic views and stunning scenery all around. Booking was easy with no issues and easy access on arrival thanks to the details provided by Anna. Lodge was lovely and clean with a supply of toiletries provided in each of the three bathrooms. Rooms are a great size and we appreciated each room having its own thermostat to control the efficient underfloor heating so we could have the bedroom cooler than the lounge. It was lovely to arrive and find a fully decorated and lighted Christmas tree, together with a gift of chocolates and wine, thank you! We would love to return in the summer when longer days and brighter weather would encourage us to explore more of the area.

Long Weekend

Great property for a long weekend. Lovely location for watching the wildlife and had the weather been a wee bit kinder then some lovely walks into the hills could have been had. Property was perfect giving ample space for socialising but also private spaces for time out from family conversations.

Amazing Place

I have no words! This property was amazing! The views were just incredible! Such a lovely setting. The lodge its self was so clean. The decor was so lovely too. We took our 2 dogs and 3 year old girl and everyone loved it! Can't wait to come back again! So many lovely things to do in the surrounding areas. Well done to the owners of this property, they have done an amazing job!

Breathtaking views!

We had the most wonderful stay at this amazing property. The location and views are simply breathtaking. It’s such a peaceful setting looking at the mountains and deer from the large outdoor decking area, and it has great access to the local towns, lochs, hiking and water sports. Anna was super helpful providing local areas to visit and had excellent communication throughout booking and during our stay. The property itself is huge and we had lots of space to not feel on top of each other. The lodge is stocked with everything you would need. The beds are super comfortable, and it was really helpful to have separate bathrooms for each bedroom. One of the most memorable stays we have had, and we look forward to returning in future. Thank you!
