This was our first stay here and what a lovely discovery it was! The room was beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and served in gorgeous surroundings, which really made the morning special. The location is fantastic — set by the river and theatre, with plenty of beautiful walks right on the doorstep. The staff were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing...

“It was fantastic hotel the setting was stunning definitely 5 star hotel really good food options and very comfortable room and bed. Lovely soft pillow. The whiskey on arrival was a lovely touch as was the amenties such as the little teacake was a lovely touch. The bar was stunning decor was top class. Service was impeccable. My only regret was rhat i did not stay longer. Breakfast was so good and great options. ”

“atmosfera accogliente, immerso nel verde, sale a disposizione ospiti con moquette, caminetti accesi anche a maggio, the e caffè sempre a disposizione, colazione internazionale e scozzese con haggins buonissimo, sala colazione con grande vetrate e vista sui giardini posteriori, camera non molto grande ma con salottino e due bagni, uno con vasca e uno con doccia al terzo piano, caro ma vale la pena.”

"L'hotel è situato in posizione un pò periferica (ma Perth è piccola), cosa che per me costituiva un pregio. Dispone di un discreto numero di parcheggi, sicuramente sufficienti per gli ospiti della struttura. Zona tranquilla e silenziosissima. A pochi passi si può cenare in un ristorante eccellente. Le camere sono semplici ma funzionali. Phon discretamente potente in stanza. Personalmente non ne comprendo l'utilità, ma c'é l'asse da stiro. Bagno con doccia privo di bidet, ma questo sarebbe vero anchè scegliendo hotels ben più costosi. Saponi e shampo in dispenser. Disponibilità in reception di vari prodotti, se ne siete privi (spazzolino, rasoio, ago e filo, ecc.). Colazione sufficientemente assortita e con prodotti di buona qualità. Personale disponibile e sempre presente. Non spendete una fortuna in acqua in bottiglia perchè quella del rubinetto è più che adeguata. Letto comodo, con scelta tra due cuscini di diversa morbidezza. Attenzione: nulla nell'hotel potrà essere pagato in cash perchè tutto è acquistabile/pagabile esclusivamente con carta (Amex, VISA, Mastercard sicuramente). Sostanzialmente buon rapporto costo/qualità"
