“I hate to be a downer on the ratings with every comment being so excellent, but we were very disappointed whenever we walked in. The place smelled like smoke, there were hairs hanging from the wall hooks in the bathroom and on the side of the tub.The pictures listed on the site were very misleading because the house was in a very unsafe neighborhood and we didn’t feel very safe being there. “We paid extra for early check-in, tried to communicate before arriving to no response ,but when we arrived the cleaning crew was still there and said they hadn’t been told about it. I also confirmed off-street parking in advance, but it turned out to be street parking only. The upstairs shower pressure was below acceptable, and the cleaning crew even asked us to finish the laundry they’d started. The walls are dirty and have spots everywhere a new paint job is long overdue. The caulk is coming...
